I have always had a passion for old school surf and skate products. I have transferred this into my woodworking career by designing old school skateboards, surf related furnitre projects and I even had the opportunity to meet the legendary Bruce Brown, Director of the movie Endless Summer. I was asked to design and build a lifetime achievement award for a fundraiser on his behalf.
Take a look at some of the projects I've done below!
Browne Boards T-Shirt The Browne Boards T-Shirts are finally here! 100% Cotton, Good Quality Pocket T-Shirts like the ones I wear.
All of my boards are constructed of solid wood. I like working with Quarter Sawn White Oak because of it's beauty and stability. I've also been using Mangaris, Purple Heart along with other exotic hardwoods. I hand craft a limited number of boards each year. All my boards are numbered and branded to assure authenticity.
Bruce Brown Lifetime Achievment Award
I was asked by the Surfrider Foundation to build
a trophy for Bruce and present it to him at the movie screening of Peel the Peru Project, for a
fundraiser that was held at Wilson High School, in Long Beach, CA. Trophy was built of Australian Lace, Yellow Heart and African Blood Wood. Click Here to see more Photos
